Every situation is unique. Our services can be structured many different ways, allowing us to work within any budget.
- Hands-On – We work side by side with our clients throughout the entire process, seeing everything through to completion.
- Consultation – Are you a do-it-yourselfer who simply needs direction and guidance on where to start and what to do next? We advise, assign tasks, and meet or talk regularly to review progress and keep the process moving forward.
- Combination – We can mix and match the previous two options in order to provide hands-on help when desired, and verbal or written suggestions when preferred.
Hourly Rate for Services
We often suggest scheduling one session of 2-4 hours to get things started. You’ll be amazed at what can be accomplished in that short period of time.
- Hourly rates effective January 1, 2016:
- starting at $75 for the company owner
- starting at $50 for an associate organizer
- starting at $100 for a team of two organizers
We also offer (non-medical) personal assistance, depending on your needs. This might include: opening mail, filing paperwork, running errands, preparing for an event, etc. Call for details.
