Home Staging Consultation and Report
Home Solutions will tour the house and property from top to bottom, taking extensive, detailed notes. At this time, we sit down with the sellers and present a verbal overview of our staging recommendations. A typical tour and consultation lasts approximately one to two hours.
Next, we prepare a comprehensive, multi-page report in a room-by-room format. This report, which is presented within five business days, lists specific tasks to be completed as well as general home staging guidelines to prepare the home for sale. The goal is to provide professional, objective feedback on all improvements that will increase the value and marketability of the home. Depending on their budget, the seller can decide whether to complete the work themselves or hire Home Solutions to stage their home.
- Flat fee for verbal consultation and written report - $250
Home Staging, Organizing, Downsizing, and Room Redesign Services
- Hourly Rate - $75 per hour (One fee for a team of two!)
- No additional charge for fun and laughter
Shopping Services
- Hourly Rate - $30 per hour, as well as reimbursement for products purchased
