• Combination - We can mix and match the previous two options in order to provide hands-on help when desired, and verbal or written guidance when preferred.

Organizing, Staging, Downsizing, and Redesign Services

• Hourly Rate - Our current rate is $100 per hour. That's an incredible bargain - two professionals for one hourly fee!

  We often suggest scheduling one 4-hour session to get things started. You'd be amazed at what can be accomplished by two professionals in that short amount of time.

• No additional charge for fun and laughter.

Home Staging Consultation and Report

Home Solutions tours the house and property, taking extensive, detailed notes. At this time, we present a verbal overview of our recommendations. A typical tour and consultation lasts approximately one to two hours.

Next, we prepare a comprehensive report in a room-by-room, "to-do" list format. The report lists specific tasks as well as general home staging guidelines. We provide professional, objective feedback that will increase the value and marketability of the home. Depending on their budget, the seller can decide whether to complete the work themselves or hire Home Solutions to stage their home.

• Flat fee for verbal consultation and written report - $225
